TERMS & CONDITIONS - Please read carefully before entering any Competitions.
THE WIN100K WEEKLY QUIZ COMPETITION
The WIN100K Weekly Quiz (the "Competition") is provided by SMS Logic Ltd ("SMS Logic"). "Participant" or "Player" means any participant in the weekly Competition and "you" or "your" means a general reference to a participant in the WIN100K Weekly Quiz. "We" "us" or "our" mean SMS Logic Ltd.
Eligibility of Participants
Our Competitions are open to all E.U. and Worldwide residents aged 16 years and over with Internet and/or mobile phone access to enter our Competitions. All Participants must provide their own Internet access and be responsible for the effectiveness of their connection. The Competitions are void where prohibited by law. SMS Logic Ltd owners, employees, and their immediate families, or persons living in the same household as such employees and employees of its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, are not eligible to participate.
ENTRY TO THE WIN100K WEEKLY QUIZ
The WIN100K Weekly Quiz
- Each Monday a Seven (7) Digit Winning Number (for that week's Friday Number Match Draw) will be randomly selected by an Independent Adjudication Company and placed in a sealed Envelope.
- That Tuesday players will be sent one multiple-choice quiz question to their mobile phone by text.
- Players who do NOT respond with an answer by 12 midday on the Wednesday of that week may be sent a question reminder.
- Players must reply with their correct answer before 12 Midnight that Thursday. Any replies received after 12 Midnight on the relevant Thursday will NOT be included in that Friday's Number Match Draw.
- The mobile phone numbers of incorrect answers will NOT be included in that Friday's Number Match Draw.
- Where the player replies with a correct answer, they will receive a text informing them that their answer is correct, and that their mobile telephone number has been entered into that Friday's Number Match Draw.
- Each Friday at 12.00 noon that week's Friday Number Match Draw will take place and the Seven (7) Digit Winning Number will be revealed to SMS Logic Ltd by the Independent Adjudication Company.
- Within the next 24 hours all players who answered the weekly question correctly will be sent a text informing them of the 7 Digit Winning number. The player must then check the 7 Digit Winning number against the last 7 (seven) digits of their mobile telephone number that they registered to enter the competition.
- To be eligible to claim any share of any prize available by participating in this scheme, each player must have replied correctly and on time to that week's question sent to their mobile phone.
- A player has won and is a winning player when 1 or more of the last digits of their registered mobile phone number match the last digit/digits of the 7 Digit Winning Number. The digits must each match and be in the same order.
- For example to obtain the maximum 7 digit win: Mobile telephone number is 07XXMMMMMMM and the 7 Ms match exactly (including in the same order) the 7 Digit Winning Number.
- For example to obtain the minimum 1 digit win: Mobile telephone number is 07XXXXXXXXM and only the last digit (M) matches.
- A player has won the smallest prize and matched 1 digit when the last digit matches and the second last digit does not match. A player has matched 2 digits when the last 2 digits match and the third last digit does not match. A player has matched 3 digits when the last 3 digits match and the fourth last digit does not match and so on increasing for 4,5 & 6 digit wins.
- To claim, a winning player must send an email to winner@win100k.net within 7 days of the relevant 12 noon Friday Number Match Draw stating their name and winning mobile telephone number and date of the relevant Number Match Draw. We will then send an email requesting various proof (such as proof of date of birth, phone ownership etc.) which must be replied to within 21 days of the date of the email. Replies beyond this 21 day period will be deemed null and void. The winning player must keep a record of all their emails as proof of sending them. Unclaimed prizes will be null and void.
- A winning player can only claim 1 prize in any week, the prize associated with the maximum number of digits matched by the player.
- To be eligible to claim a prize, a winning player must have paid the full £4.00 weekly subscription cost via the premium texts messages sent to their phone during that week's competition. If this has not been fully paid then the player's entry is invalid and the player cannot claim any prize.
- A winning player who has unsubscribed between answering the week’s question correctly and the Friday Number Match Draw must visit the website win100k.net to see the results of that week’s draw.
- SMS Logic Ltd cannot be held responsible for any lost or delayed text messages due to external network problems.
- There is no other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
- In the event of more than one registered mobile number having 7 matching digits then that week's £100,000 prize fund will be shared equally between those winning players.
- In the event of more than one registered mobile number having 6 matching digits then that week's £10,000 prize fund will be shared equally between those winning players.
- SMS Logic reserves the right to withhold prizes at its own discretion.
- SMS Logic reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice.
Costs
- Players will be charged £2.00 per premium billing text sent to them, up to a maximum cost of £4.00 per week – after which all further texts sent that week will be free.
- Players can unsubscribe at anytime by sending the word STOP to 63320. Sending STOP means players will not receive the weekly question or any further quiz messages. Once unsubscribed, players will not be entered into the Competition and will no longer be charged. Unsubscribed players cannot claim any prizes unless they have paid that week's £4 subscription.

Conduct of Participants
SMS Logic Ltd reserves the right, in its own sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or winning Participant that acts in the following manner: (1) Falsifying or technically abusing the entry process, 'spamming' or falsifying in acquiring extra entries, or any part of the operation of the Competition and Web Site (2) Being in violation of these terms and conditions (3) Acting with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person employed by SMS Logic Ltd.
Claiming Prizes

Limitations and Liability of The Competitions
We are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in these Competitions. We are also not legally or financially responsible for any technical or human error that may occur in the course playing or in the administration of these Competitions. SMS Logic Ltd and its employees assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of data. SMS Logic Ltd and its employees are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email, or players on account of technical problems with traffic congestion on the internet or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure, or damage to any other person's computer, related to or resulting from participating or receiving materials in this contest. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of operating as planned, including infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of playing the Competition, SMS Logic Ltd do not assume any responsibility in this respect to the maximum extent permitted by Law, nor is it responsible for any corruption and anything that affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition. It also reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition if Participants are acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass SMS Logic Ltd or any other person.
Participant Information
Except as required by law, SMS Logic Ltd will not share winning information with any third parties without the permission of such winners. Acceptance by a Participant of any prize constitutes permission, where permitted by law, to use the winner's name, photograph or video, recorded telephone calls and/or likeness without compensation. Statements made by winners may be used as promotional material in connection with the Competitions without any further financial or other forms of compensation.
Agreement to be Bound
By participating and playing the Competitions any Participant or Winner agrees to abide by all the rules as stipulated to be bound by these terms of use and the decisions of the organises.
Important
The WIN 100K Weekly Quiz is run within the E.U. and other countries and is all run as one international competition.
Any attempt by a Participant and/or any other individual to deliberately damage the website and/or undermine the legitimate operation of the Competitions is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made SMS Logic Ltd reserve the right to seek full damages from any such individual or organization as permitted by Law.
SMS Logic Ltd may carry out changes to the Competitions at any time and may modify these terms and conditions without individual notice to you. You will be deemed to have accepted any modifications if you continue to use our Website and/or our services and/or enter our competitions after the changes have been posted. You should check these terms and conditions regularly for changes.
English Law governs these terms and conditions. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
