A. You must text the word "STOP" to 63320 from your mobile phone that you used to enter the quiz.

Q. I have a complaint. How do I make a complaint?
A. First we suggest you STOP the service by texting the word "STOP" to 63320. Then visit the "Terms & Conditions". If you still have a complaint it must be sent in writing by email to: cs@WIN100K.net

Q. How can I find out the winning numbers?
A. Go to "Results" soon after 5.00pm each Friday.

Q. How do I claim a prize?
A. Text the word "WINNER" to 63320 within 7 days of the relevant Friday's midday Number Match Draw.

Q. When is the deadline for answering the weekly question?
A. Thursday 12.00 midnight.

Q. When is the weekly Friday Number Match Draw?
A. Each Friday at 12.00 midday (noon).

Q. How much does it cost to enter the quiz?
A. £4.00 per week paid via 2 x £2 premium rate billing messages sent to your mobile phone.

Q. How do I win? Or Have I won?
A. To win you must have answered the weekly question correctly and have paid the £4 weekly entry fee. For the £100,000 prize the last seven digits of your mobile phone number must match the WINNING NUMBER exactly in the same order. To win the £10,000 prize the last six digits of your mobile phone must match the last 6 digits of the WINNING NUMBER exactly in the same order. And so on for smaller prizes.
